What is the warranty policy on Engage Pickleball paddles?
We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects for the original pack owner. This covers issues like core delamination or structural failure, but does not cover normal wear and tear, edge guard damage, or graphic fading.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Please note that custom-made paddles may require an additional 2-3 days for assembly before they are shipped.
Can I return a paddle if I have already played with it?
We offer a 30-day 'Test Drive' return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your paddle, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided it is not structurally damaged.
Are Engage Pickleball paddles USAPA approved?
Yes, all Engage Pickleball paddles are tested and approved by the USAPA (USA Pickleball Association) for sanctioned tournament play.
How should I clean and maintain my pickleball paddle?
To maintain the grit and surface of your paddle, wipe it down with a damp microfiber cloth after play. Avoid using harsh chemicals or leaving your paddle in extreme heat, such as inside a hot car, as this can damage the internal core.
