At Engage Pickleball, we stand behind the performance of our gear and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your paddle or equipment doesn't elevate your game, we are here to help with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective covers are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at a designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
